Situated in North Devon in a beautiful part of the historic Victorian seaside
town of Ilfracombe, Keswick House is a spacious Victorian villa, which once
renovated, will be available for accommodation and small, upmarket events. Check
out our Instagram feed to see where we’re up to with renovations. We are
bringing this grand old lady into the 21st century, whilst retaining her
Victorian roots! 

  

For all you walkers and nature lovers, we’re right on the South West Coastal
Path in a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. If you’re partial to
a little dip in the sea, we’re less than 10 minutes walk to a deserted and
beautiful National Trust beach. If that’s too far, how about a three minute
stroll to Tunnels Beach? Perfect if you’re attending a wedding there. 

 

Ilfracombe has everything you’d expect from the English seaside- boat trips,
sand between your toes, crabbing off the harbour, deckchairs, fish and chips and
ice-cream. There's a whole lot more, with art round every corner, fabulous
restaurants and bars, a historic theatre, festivals, stunning coastal walks and
of course, Verity, Damien Hirst’s breath-taking sculpture. Keswick House is
within a short stroll of all of this. Leave your car in our car park whilst
you’re with us, and make the most of our brilliant location by exploring on
foot. 

 

 

Claire and James (AKA Dotty & Walter) have chosen this amazing place as their
family home and can’t wait to welcome you to all.
