WHERE TO FIND YOUR TV LICENCE OR CUSTOMER NUMBER:

You can find your TV licence number on your current licence or any emails or
letters we've sent you. If you're using your Customer number, this can also be
found on your payment card.

Pay for your TV Licence with a Direct Debit? Some banks include your licence
number alongside payments on your statement. This might not show up in banking
apps.

WHERE TO FIND THE LICENCE HOLDER'S LAST NAME:

The TV Licence holder's last name can be found at the top of the licence. Please
use the same name that's shown, e g. SMITH.

If you have a business licence, you might need to enter the job title that's
shown, e g. MANAGER.



Please make sure your 10-digit TV Licence number or 9-digit Customer number is
entered correctly. You can find it on your current TV Licence or any emails or
letters we've sent you.

Where to find the TV Licence or Customer number:




For Direct Debit customers, some banks show your TV Licence number alongside
your payment on your statements. If you’re viewing your statement through an app
on a mobile or tablet device the licence number may not be shown:



Please enter the last name exactly as it appears on the TV Licence, e.g. SMITH.
For business licences, you may need to enter the job title as shown on the TV
Licence, e.g. MANAGER.
