I've been with several ISPs over the years, and Afrihost beats most (if not all)
other ISPs in South Africa. I can't recall ever having a bad experience with
Afrihost, so keep it up guys!

Quick effecient service. In a day and age where one takes a deep breath before
reluctantly trying to contact a support desk, Afirihost is a breath of fresh
air. Fast, effecient, friendly, effective.

I have been with Afrihost for more than 5 years. Their customer focus is
unmatched. In 2020 I transferred one of my domains away from Afrihost to another
service provider. Within a few months I regretted leaving Afrihost. The customer
service at this new service provider was very poor, sometimes it would take a
day for them to respond to queries and the only channel to lodge a query was
through email. Granted, their hosting package that I wanted was a bit cheaper by
about R100. I soon learned that with some services you get what you pay for. I
made a decision to transfer my domain back to Afrihost for great quality of
service and I'm not trusting anyone with my webhosting needs for now. Afrihost
are my go to guys, where I know that issues are attended to speedily. Keep up
the great service guys!

I used to make use of Afrihost until 2016 and left them due to poor service. I
were then recommended to use them again and went in to fetch my Router. WOW
Great service, friendly and so so helpful. Well done Afrihost Management.

Supportive, caring, patient, and the best service guaranteed. Unfortunately, I
went instore to MTN for an uncapped deal and signed a 24 month contract on 28
October 2022. I have endless issues with routers failing, often no internet
coverage, lets not mention the poor support and service. Because the 10 day
cooling off period has passed I am stuck with them unless I pay out the
contract. Completely disgusted. Word of advice - AFRIHOST is the best! Don't be
hasty like me, get hold of Afrihost, their support team are helpful, their
service is remarkable.
