 * There are no prerequisites for Experience Foundation, although you may want
   to begin with Experience Essentials if experience is something not yet
   encountered by you or your organisation.

 * Three days, with times for each typically running from 09:30 - 16:30, UK
   time.

 * Includes exam - worth £270


WHO WILL BE YOUR FELLOW PARTICIPANTS?

This class is for all professionals and organisations struggling to improve
their customer and employee experience by augmenting traditional Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) with XLAs.





CERTIFICATION:

This course is full accredited by certified APMG accreditation. Attendees will
earn their Experience Foundation certificate by achieving a passing 50% mark on
a 40-minute multiple-choice exam.

EXPERIENCE FOUNDATION FAQS


IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?

This class is for all professionals and organisations struggling to improve
their customer/employee experience by augmenting traditional Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) with XLAs. The course provides an overview of the journey that
is required to design and implement the right experience measures and how to
manage and operate them once they are live.


HOW IS PAYMENT COVERED

Currently we accept payment via bank transfer but are working on implementing
PayPal functionality for our courses in the foreseeable future. We can provide
invoices and receipts if required.


HOW LONG DOES THE COURSE TAKE?

Our Experience Foundation course is 3 days long, with times for each day running
from 09:30 - 16:30, UK time.   


DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

As with any educational course, a pen and paper or your favourite word processor
would be beneficial for taking notes. Otherwise, you need only bring yourself.


WHERE DOES THE COURSE TAKE PLACE?

All of our courses can run both online and in person (at your location or ours).
Unless is specifically stated, expect the course to be run online. Should you
book a place,  we will send you a booking acknowledgement and then joining
instructions will be sent to you close to the event date.


IS PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED/EXPECTED?

Our 1-day Experience Essentials course is recommended to be taken prior to
Experience Foundation, but not required.
