SUPPORTING YOUR RECOVERY

WE SPECIALISE IN DELIVERING SUPPORT AND TREATMENT FOR GAMBLING-RELATED HARMS

I'm looking for help

I am a professional

WE GIVE COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT, ALONG WITH UNDERSTANDING AND A DETERMINATION TO
MAKE LIFE BETTER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

We specialise in delivering support and treatment for gambling-related harms, as
well as taking a holistic approach which may mean addressing co-occurring mental
health problems.

We take a public health approach to reducing gambling harm by recognising the
role that advertising, addictive gambling products, harmful environments,
targeted marketing, normalisation, and insufficient laws and regulations play in
gambling harm. We want to help those who fall prey to an exploitative and
predatory industry, while using research and advocacy to prevent and reduce
gambling-related harm. Your voice can help!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

Anyone approaching us for help can expect to be met with understanding,
compassion and a determination to make life better as quickly as possible.

We will start with an assessment of your situation and develop a shared
understanding of this and what actions are needed to change.

We provide the internationally recognised ‘gold standard’ of gambling treatment
known as CBT), in a group or individual setting (2-3 months of weekly therapy)

You can expect to learn many new coping skills, as well as implementing a plan
to replace ‘gambling time’ with a range of meaningful alternative activities

We will help you to increase your social support, including access to an
abstinent recovery community. Gambling harm is common, you are not alone, and
recovery is contagious.
