This is basically a reseller of google. When people install free software,
sometimes they don't pay attention and install a toolbar which also changes
their homepage to searchnu. There is nothing really malicious here - that's how
developers make money from free software. Still, it's annoying. But not as bad
as everyone here says. Just be careful when you install stuff!

Hijacked my google chrome, slowed it down alot. That said it was pretty easy to
get rid of on chrome. If your google chrome has been hijacked by this then
follow these steps: Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top right corner of
google chrome, click settings, type in start up, and next to the 'Open a
specific set of pages' there will be an option in blue saying 'Set Pages'. Click
on that and remove the searchnu URL by hovering over it and clicking X.
