These easy cinnamon rolls are simple to make using prepared bread dough and are
super yummy. They are gone in a flash at my house!

COOK’S NOTE

I wanted the bread dough to hold onto the sugar, nuts, and cinnamon, so that's
why I use the melted butter. Mine don't hold together very well, so I just make
sure that the edges are all next to the pan or each other. I usually add extra
nuts and cinnamon because we like them.

My family loves cinnamon rolls but I hate making the bread part. When I found
this recipe I was super excited to be able to use already made dough. I showed
this recipe to a pastry chef to get some extra tips. She said to make it the day
before let the dough rise, or cinnamon rolls rise for as long as I wanted,
longer then 90 min to get big. Then put in freezer to freeze overnight and then
take out in the morning and put into the oven frozen to bake. She said baking
frozen pastries makes all the difference. It sure did... so good even my picky
mother-in-law who’s a professional baker loved them. There were no leftovers

I went by the suggestion of a review back in 2017, to put raised dough in
freezer overnight, then next morning put in oven frozen. BAD. They turned out
flat. Mind you, when they went in the freezer they were nice and plump! I
followed the directions to the T. I don't recommend this technique. I'll try
this one more time using the original recipe. I'm sure if I had put them in the
oven after rising they would have been awesome.

The picture shows 12 rolls in the pan Does that mean the other pan has 8? How
many rolls did all you folks end up making, 20 or 24? Thanx Planning on making a
loaf of bread in the bread machine then making these rolls.
