 * AEDS TO BE ADDED TO HPD VEHICLES
   
   We have received 200 new AEDs thanks to the Nevada Department of Health and
   Human Services! The AEDs will be placed into HPD patrol vehicles to ensure
   our officers, who will be trained on the equipment, are ready to help save a
   life and increase the cardiac survivability rate in Henderson.

 * SPRING WATERING SCHEDULE
   
   You can do your part and help save water in our community! Reset your
   watering clock to up to three days per week through April 30. Remember: Trees
   and plants need much less water than grass; water grass 12 minutes total per
   assigned watering day; run drip 1-2 days a week in spring.

 * LOCAL ARTISTS WANTED FOR MURAL PROJECT
   
   We're looking for artists to design and paint a mural on utility boxes at our
   Whitney Mesa BMX track. This mural should showcase the sport's grit,
   adrenaline, and freedom. Applications are open to solo artists or teams.
