Do you offer retail (personal) banking services? 

We provide banking services to institutions. As such, we do not at this time
provide retail banking services to individual customers in the U.S.

Your primary contact at UBA America is your relationship manager. However, you
can contact our customer experience team at customerexperience@ubbangroup.com or

I have a personal account in one of the 20 African countries in UBA Group’s
footprint, and I’m experiencing technical difficulties with my
card/account/other. Can you help?

Who can open an account with UBA America?

We work with African and international financial institutions, African
corporates, American corporates, LC beneficiaries and exporters, commodity

What do you require from new customers when setting up an account?

As a regulated entity, UBA America’s onboarding process for new customers
entails KYC/due diligence that enables us to effectively identify customers and
their beneficial owners. New customers should expect to be asked for relevant
verification and documentation that enable transparency in our interactions.
