EXTERIOR CLEANING BASICS

A COMPREHENSIVE COURSE FOR BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION, EQUIPMENT, TECHNIQUE, AND
SAFETY FOR THE PRESSURE WASH PROFESSIONAL.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Exterior cleaning is more than water and pressure. Professional contractors need
to understand the equipment, basic operating procedures, safety measures,
chemical usage and application techniques. Contractors must also understand
mathematic principles related to dilution ratios and square footage
calculations. Information relating to owning and operating a business is
essential.

Training combines 30 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of hands-on
in-field practice.

In-field practice is conducted outdoors for all classes.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a course, please email ce@laniertech.edu. All
cancellations must be in writing via email. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may cancel or
reschedule up to three business days prior to the course start date. All
cancellations, transfers, and student substitutions will be charged a $20
processing fee. All cancellations received less than three business days in
advance will NOT be refunded.

Low Enrollment Policy: If low enrollment requires that classes be rescheduled,
you will be contacted and will receive a full refund or will be rescheduled at
no additional charge.
