How are term limits determined on Borong?



Term limits are assigned to brick-and-mortar retailers upon sign-up. We may also
request a connection to your bank, point-of-sale system, or accounting software
to verify your business for net terms. For more details, please refer to our
Privacy Notice.

How long does the approval process take?



All brick-and-mortar retailers receive net 60 terms immediately upon post
sign-up verification, allowing you to start shopping right away.

Can I still place orders if I've reached my limit?



Absolutely! If you've used up your available terms, you can still place
additional orders and pay upon shipment. Additionally, if you need more terms
for your store, you can apply for a limit increase.

Can I pay off invoices before the 60-day period?



Yes, you can pay your invoices at any time. Otherwise, your credit card will be
automatically charged at the end of the 60-day payment term.

Will using my limit impact my standing on Borong?



As long as you pay your invoices on time, there are no penalties for using net
60 terms on Borong.

How is Borong Credit different from DigitalNiaga?



Borong Credit offers up to 60 days net terms that can be used for purchases
solely on Borong platforms. DigitalNiaga is a programme in collaboration with
financial institutions that provides customised SME financing and supply-chain
financing at low interest charges.
