material we call GelFlex. (It’s in all of our mattresses and we’re pretty sure

IS THE BED SOFT OR FIRM?

Trick question! It's both. Through the magic of physics, the Grid's columns give
way under shoulders and hips but remain supportive for the back and legs.


WHAT DOES THE GRID FEEL LIKE?

It's one of those things you've gotta experience to believe, but you can think
of it as the comfort equivalent of a trust fall: buoyant, cradling, supportive,
and soothing.


WILL I GET HOT?

Nope. All those little squares easily let air flow and body heat escape. Plus,

PURPLE 3

Great overall mattress but I do feel that I tend to get hot when sleeping on it.

MATTRESS IS AMAZING, SHIPPING LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.

The hybrid premier 3 is amazing, we’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks and
are blown away by the difference. Heat is better managed and we don’t wake up
achey. Third party shipping could do with an overhaul.

PURPLE WAS GREAT BUT THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY WAS A NIGHTMARE

Purple was awesome to work with they were always very friendly. They did tell me
don't order more than 3 weeks in advance to have it delivered on our move in
date to our new house. While the mattress got there within that time their
delivery company fragile pak were very rude and unprofessional and told me that
he would cancel my scheduled delivery date and make it later but he couldn't
make it sooner. The man who I spoke to had the nerve to say if I didn't care I
would've hung up on you in the beginning there just isn't anything that I can do
for you. I work in customer care and would be fired immediately if I ever
treated anyone like this. So while purple was great to work with their delivery
company kind of killed it for me. A supervisor for the rep said she had listened
to the call and called me to apologize for his behavior but it didn't change the
fact that he caused my mattress to be delivered a week late. The mattress itself
is great though. I was involved in a climbing accident years ago that shattered
my pelvis and even though it healed it's still very painful to this day. I never
got great sleep as my pelvis always felt sore. But I can say that I have been
able to sleep better with purple now that I'm not in so much pain while trying
to go to sleep. No more pressure points are being triggered it's really
wonderful. I can even sleep on my side again, whereas before it felt like my
pelvis was always in so much pain that I couldn't sleep on my side and became a
back sleeper after my accident. So I suggest if you have a retailer near you
that sells purple and can setup their own delivery do that to avoid using
fragile pak and their atrocious customer service.

THIRD PURPLE BED

This was our third purchase of a Purple Bed. We had two at our home and couldn't
stand not having one at our cabin. Once you sleep on a Purple mattress, nothing
else will do.

I’M A PURPLE PERSON

I received my second purple mattress that I have ordered. First was a three
second was a 4 hybrid. Loved them both, purple sheets are a must for stretchy.
Makes the mattress work better if your a side sleeper. Also a must are the
purple harmony pillows. Mattress sleeps cool as do pillows. Have the weight
duvet it’s heavy and comfy. Purple replaced my first due to problems from
manufacture, sent pictures they confirmed damage and sent another. Took another
week, but you can only expect people to fix the situation if there is a problem.
Would I have preferred no problems? Yes, but they fixed/replaced mattress and
when did life happen without mistakes. Thank you purple I always recommend your
products!

comfort layer made from a super-stretchy material we call GelFlex. (It’s in all
of our mattresses and we’re pretty sure you're gonna love it.) The Purple Grid

A: There is no weight limit for the Purple® Mattresses, although we do suggest
300 pounds per person or 600 pounds total. Exceeding this recommendation will
not void the 10-year warranty and you will still enjoy plenty of the benefits
Purple has to offer! Customers who weigh 250-pounds or more have expressed a
common interest in The Hybrid Premier, as they tend to offer more support. The
Purple® Mattress is perfect for all shapes and sizes!

HOW DO I RETURN THE MATTRESS FOR A FULL REFUND?

Because The Purple Grid supports the natural alignment of your body unlike any
other mattress, it can take some time for your body to completely adjust to your
new Purple Mattress. Similar to when you start fixing poor posture, it may feel
odd or even uncomfortable at first, so we highly recommend you sleep on it for a
few weeks to give your body a chance to adjust.
