Overall Comment:"We build and deploy advanced machine vision inspection systems
that enable manufacturers to ensure that components being built are being built
to specifications. This requires us to remotely access these globally deployed
systems to update, troubleshoot, etc. We have used a number of different
“traditional” VPN solutions to do this. We recently deployed NetFoundry’s secure
network service and, so far, it is superior to all of our previous remote
connection schemes for the applications we use. NetFoundry was simple to set up
and deploy. Once we were “live” with it, Microsoft Remote Desktop works like we
are running it locally and everything flows smoothly. One significant advantage
of NetFoundry over our previous solutions is that we are able to create and
print .pdf documents. This was not possible before and there was never any
reasonable explanation given as to why. The speed of the connection appears to
be very fast even when moving large graphic files and 3D model rotations.
Connectivity is solid and the connection remains up with no interruptions. In
the very rare case that the application that we use remotely freezes, the
connection is maintained and the app recovers with no additional user
intervention. This has never been the case with any of our other secure remote
access solutions. NetFoundry’s agility, ease of use, and performance look to be
a real game changer for our business.""
