The Wellness Co is a holistic healing practice in Northern NSW, founded by Tina
Webster. The Wellness Co offer a unique way to experience deep relaxation with
their exclusive style of massage treatments.

Tina Webster, the founder, uses meditation, breathwork, luxury Shemana oils,
Tarot & oracle cards, warm Jade stones and spiritual guidance to work with you
to promote deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and a sense of wellbeing.

MEET TINA

Tina Webster is the founder and creator of The Wellness Co, she is a certified
therapeutic massage therapist and energy healer who resides her practice on the
Northern NSW coastline.

Tina has a background in mental health and is devoted to educating her clients
on the importance of relaxation, slowing down, self-care and meditation.

 She has created unique and tailored treatments to nourish the mind, body and
soul.

Tina’s clinic and treatments are designed to help create space for more peace,
purpose, and perspective in your life.

MY STORY

Born in Northern NSW, Tina grew up on the southern Gold Coast and always found
herself drawn to healing, she spent the earlier part of her career in clinical
mental health coding in psychiatric hospitals, and as someone who was regularly
exposed to people’s trauma, she often felt there was a disconnect between
medicine and integrative treatments, after having two children she decided to
move away from the clinical side of mental health and focus on holistic healing
and supporting people through their trauma. 

As someone who has experienced personal trauma in her life, Tina understands
through her personal experiences the ramifications bullying, anxiety, and grief
can have on one’s mental health and self-worth. She has drawn on her experiences
when creating her treatments and utilises many of the spiritual tools that
guided her through her trauma in her treatments, such as oracle and tarot cards,
meditation, massage, energy healing and stillness to treat her clients.

   Immerse yourself in our deluxe Revitalise Me Ritual as you embark on a whole
   body restoration. Begin with intention and spiritual guidance through Tarot
   then prepare to unwind with a soothing full body massage using a sequence of
   soothing strokes, lomi style techniques and warm Jade stones to centre and
   ground. Drift away with a scalp and facial massage, the finishing touch to
   refresh the face and de-stress the mind, leaving you in a blissful, light and
   tranquil state.

   Surrender yourself to this deluxe rejuvenating full body massage treatment
   infused with Reiki Energy Healing, spiritual guidance, intension & healing
   energy. A full body massage will rebalance and rejuvenate your physical
   being, while Reiki healing will clear any negative energy from your Aura.

 * Pregnancy Ritual $150
   
   A gentle, nurturing and relaxing massage designed for mothers-to-be to reduce
   stress, discomfort and relieve muscle tension. This treatment is designed
   specifically for pregnant women in their second and third trimester.
   Mothers-to-be will leave in a deep state of relaxation, feeling calm, fully
   nurtured and stress free.

   An intuitive full body relaxation massage. Using essential oils to calm and
   relax a busy mind, and warm jade stones to heal and ground the body. Soft
   hands and long flowing strokes will reduce stress, anxiety and muscle
   tension. You will leave feeling rested, centered and energized.

 * Lava Shell Massage $130
   
   The Lava Shell massage includes two highly polished and buffed tiger clam
   shells filled with lava and algae mixture which generates heat throughout the
   massage. This massage experience is deeply soothing and relaxing. The lava
   shells expel heat that increases through the massage to open pores and
   detoxify skin while soothing muscles, easing tension, and reducing aches and
   pains. The combination of heat and flowing movements deeply soothes your
   muscles, leaving you feeling completely relaxed, invigorated and de-stressed.

   Reiki Energy Healing is a beautiful modality which will rebalance your energy
   fields and chakras, bringing you back into alignment and balance. It is a
   non-invasive, hands-on healing technique where energy is transferred through
   the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional
   or physical healing. This treatment is infused with crystals, spiritual
   guidance, intention and healing energy.
