   spoke with Don in parts who went above and beyond to get the exact parts I
   needed. Don had to make several phone calls to insure availability and prices
   and stayed in contact with me the entire time to insure I was constantly
   informed. When the parts arrived he advised me immediately. I had a couple of
   questions about the generator when I picked up my parts and Don helped me out
   by answering all my questions and looking up diagrams for me. He is a busy
   man, but took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. There is only
   one other Onan parts place in town whom I’ve dealt with in the past and their
   customer service was terrible. I felt like I was being a burden and their
   goal was to get me out the door as quick as possible. GenPro and Don are the

   installed the panels for me were very nice and polite, and explained what
   they were doing for me. The whole project was without a hitch. Once the city
   had passed the project, and LES had installed a new net metering electric
   meter, turning the system on was like my Dad telling me I could take my first
   car out for a spin. I don't know what was better, turning the system on, or
   seeing the balance on the meter reduce the electricity I had used. Thanks
