When I sign in, why do I get an error about reCaptcha?
We're sorry for the trouble you're experiencing signing in.
If the sign in button is unresponsive, or if you receive an error message
regarding reCaptcha, that typically means there is some type of security feature
on your device that's blocking the sign in.
We think using an Incognito or Private browser window will help resolve the
issue.
Please use the following instructions to open an Incognito or Private browser
tab in Chrome:
* Click the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner
* Select New Incognito Window
* You should see a message that says "You’ve gone Incognito"
* Type our web address in the URL bar, and try again

our extensive collection as you would like. All memberships include access to

How do I reset my password?
1. Click the “My Account” link located at the top of the screen and select
“Change Password.”
2. Type in your current password and your new password and select “SAVE NEW
PASSWORD.”
3. If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password?” and enter your
email address. You’ll receive an email informing you how to proceed.
When I sign in, why do I get an incorrect email or password error?
Please make sure that your password is entered correctly by using the “show”
button located next to the password field. Keep in mind that passwords must
contain at least eight or more characters, a mix of upper and lower case letters
(at least one upper case letter), and at least one number.
If you’re getting a “please correct your email or password” error, you may be
inputting an email address or password that does not match what we have on file.
Some of the more common reasons for this are:
* Quotation marks, brackets or spaces before or after the email address
* Automatic fill-in of password information by your computer
* Additional characters or spaces in either field
We recommend that you manually type your email address and password. If that
does not resolve the issue, you can also reset your password.
How do I change or cancel an ecard?
It depends on whether your ecard was delivered immediately or scheduled for
future delivery.
Ecards sent for immediate delivery cannot be canceled, retrieved or edited. In
the case where the wrong email address was used for a recipient, you can resend
the ecard to a corrected email address via the Sent Cards page, under My
Account.
Ecards that are scheduled for delivery for a future delivery date may be
canceled up to 24 hours before the delivery date.
To cancel a scheduled ecard, press the “My Account” link at the top of the
screen and then select “Scheduled Cards” (it’s located on the left side of the
screen on your desktop or tablet and toward the top of the screen on your
smartphone).
The “Scheduled Cards” screen is organized by month, with the most recent
activity displayed automatically. To find the ecard you wish to cancel, you may
need to adjust this filter. Once you locate the ecard, choose “Cancel” (located
under the picture of the ecard).
How do I cancel my membership?
American Greetings memberships renew automatically. If you do not wish to have
your membership renew, please visit the Manage Membership page to cancel your
membership. You will select the “Do not renew membership” option, and your
membership will expire at the end of your term. Please note, charges already
incurred may be non-refundable under the terms of your membership. You may
continue to use your membership until it expires.
How do I add a gift card to my card?
As a member, you can add a gift card to your card from many leading retailers.
1. Choose any ecard and personalize.
2. After adding your personal message, select the “Send or Share” button and
then select the “Send by Email” button.
3. Within the Add a Gift Card section, click “Yes, please!”
4. On the next page, you will have the option to select a gift card from one of
the many retailers.
5. After you choose your gift card option, you will continue to the next step
to choose the value of the gift card and enter your payment information.
6. Confirm your total and click “PURCHASE & SEND.”
