house rather than heading to the shop... and they are out… ordered plenty of my
fav’s and I even moved while my order was in transit and got the email from
canada post it was delivered, and went and picked it up… i had a concern of it
nit ending up in the right place, and customer service at vapevine called me and

I bought 14 Flavour Beast from VapeVine. My experience was good and smooth. I
highly recommend that you mentioned on... the website ID will be required when
shipping out order. A lot of people are not comfortable sharing their ID via
email. We all have privacy rights and it’s good to know before we pay the bill

Rating two stars instead of one only because I realize that I was also at fault
here for not reading the Terms of... Service. Emailed for an order cancellation
and refund because of a change of circumstances only to be told that even though
I am of legal age in the province I live in to be buying and using nicotine
products, that I’m not able to get a refund because I am not the legal age in
Ontario to be buying from their online store. $89 they won’t refund to me.

Don't order they have been trying to get my personal information and after I
refused they continued to send there terms... of service stating that I signed a
contract which I did not. After asking for a simple refund I am still told to
give all my information to receive it. Sketchy I think so. Lyle then calls me
out of no where and trys to manipulate me into giving it by saying they could
issue the refund right away and that there will be no longer any email responses
from them. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM THEY JUST WANT YOUR PERSONAL

Perfect customer service. Have ordered three times so far and couldn't be
happier with my purchases. Thought one of the... containers was contaminated,
shot them an email, they got back to me a couple of hours later and walked me
through some steps to make sure if it was opened before or not, which was not!

Nice, clean atmosphere, good location and friendly staff. Sometimes TOO
friendly. One word of advice though: If I say I... don't need help and prefer to
just look around let me do that. I always end up buying something but I prefer
to do that on my own accord. If I say I don't need help and the staff continue
to ask me questions and bother me it makes me want to run out of there.I work 12
hour days and don't feel like talking to people all the time. Let me get my vape
needs and let me be. This isn't my first rodeo. I know what I need to get. This

Not only the best Vape shop in Windsor/Essex County but the best I've ever been
too. Vape Vine has by far the biggest... and best selection but what really sets
them apart is their employee's and ownership. Upbeat, friendly, extremely
knowledgeable and always very welcoming, greeting you by name. Ryan & Lyle would
literally let you borrow the shirt off their backs if you needed it and Ryan
really helped me out in the middle of a pandemic when a piece of equipment

A bit more expensive than I am used to. But the flavors are spot on. If they say
the snozberries taste like snozberries... then they do. Would definitely shop

I had been trouble finding the correct coil for my tank I even purchased the
wrong one at a different store. I... purchased from here based on a google
search (not in the city I live). They called me to confirm my order and
unfortunately I missed the call. I left them a message and called me right back.
Great, friendly service. Delivery charge is 9.99 which is expensive but you
