Dry running rotary vane vacuum pump with bearings on both sides of the rotor.
Flange motor with torsionally flexible coupling.

High efficiency and silent operation. Sound cover allows a ducted cooling air

C-KLR CLAW PRESURE - VACUUM PUMPS

Capacity : 80 to 140 m³hr
Vacuum : 0 to -0.6 bar
Pressure : 0 to +0.7 bar

High efficiency, dry and contact-free compression claw pressure vacuum pumps.
 Low maintenance, integrated air cooling without additional cooling medium and
suitable for multiple applications. Flange mounted motors comply with DIN EN
60034, have IP 54 protection and insulation class F.

ปั๊มสุญญากาศ VACUUM PUMP

หลักการทำงานของ Rotary Vane VacuumPump

       Vacuum Pump จะประกอบด้วยตัวปั๊ม (pump housing) และโรเตอร์ (rotor)
ซึ่งถูกติดตั้งให้เยื้องจุดศูนย์กลางโดยที่โรเตอร์จะมีร่องสำหรับให้แผ่นกวาดอากาศ
(vane) วิ่งเข้าออกด้วยแรงเหวี่ยงหนีศูนย์กลาง (centifugal force)
ในขณะที่โรเตอร์หมุนนั้นอากาศจะถูกดูดเข้ามาที่ทางเข้า (inlet)
และจะถูกอัดออกในขณะที่ใบกวาดอากาศ (vane)
เคลื่อนที่หมุนไปพร้อมกับโรเตอร์และกวาดอากาศออกมาที่ช่องทางออก (outlet)
อากาศจะถูกอัดออกไปในถังน้ำมัน (oil tank) ภายใน oil tank
จะติดตั้งชุดดักจับไอน้ำมัน (oil separator) เพื่อทำหน้าที่แยกไอน้ำมันออกจากอากาศ
โดยไอน้ำมันจะถูกชุด oil separator ดักจับไว้ส่วนอากาศจะถูกอัดออกไป น้ำมันที่ถูก
oil separator ดักจับไว้จะตกลงสู่ถังน้ำมันด้านนอกและไหลเวียนกลับเข้าสู้ตัว vacuum
pump อีกครั้งโดยน้ำมัน vacuum pump ทำหน้าที่ในการหล่อลื่นชิ้นส่วนที่เคลื่อนที่,
ระบายความร้อน, เป็นฟิล์มบางๆช่วยทำให้ค่าสุญญากาศดีขึ้น
