CONVERT IDEAS TO STICKY NOTES

Quickly transfer ideas to a Lucidspark board using Sticky Notes, designed for
easy collaboration and brainstorming. 


STICKY NOTE QUICK ADD

To quickly type an idea and convert it to a Sticky Note, click on the Sticky
Note icon in the Primary Toolbar to open the Sticky Note Builder and click on
Quick sticky. From there, you can choose the color you’d like your Sticky Note
to be, then type your idea in the text field. 



Once you press Enter on your keyboard, a Sticky Note will automatically be
created with your text. 




STICKY NOTE IMPORT

To convert a large number of ideas to Sticky Notes at the same time, you can
upload a CSV or TXT file. Lucidspark will create a sticky note for each entry in
your CSV or each line in your TXT file. To import your file, follow these steps:

 1. Click on the Sticky Note icon in the Primary Toolbar to open the Sticky Note
    Builder. 
 2. Select Quick sticky.
 3. Choose the color you’d like your Sticky Notes to be.
 4. Select Upload.
 5. Click Choose File and select your CSV or TXT file to import.

For example, you can upload a list of flower types to plant in a garden in a TXT
file - one flower per line. 



After uploading, you’ll see that a sticky note has been created for each idea!
For example, observe the Sticky Notes that have been created from each line from
the TXT file in the example above. 




QUICK CLEANUP

Use our Quick Cleanup functionality to bring sticky notes together in an orderly
matter. To use this feature, select the sticky notes on the canvas that you
would like to clean up. Then select the Quick Cleanup icon from the Context
Toolbar and click Quick Cleanup.
