with their community. All of our services are funded through your approved NDIS
plan, with no out-of-pocket costs.

Our Support Coordinator will assist you in connecting you with the right service
providers, explore your options and coordinate your supports, in order for you
to reach the goals in your NDIS plan.

community, to engage in social activities and to have a feeling of belonging.
Getting involved in the community and taking part in social activities is very

WITH DAILY LIVING

Sometimes we need some help with things we do on a daily basis. Assistance with
Daily Life covers supports that help you do daily personal activities, so you
can live as autonomously as possible. This can take place in your home, out in
the community or a mix of both, depending on your needs! These supports are
important in helping you maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.

NDIS OCCUPATIONAL
THERAPY

Occupational Therapists are allied health professionals who enable people to
engage in the occupations that bring meaning and a sense of purpose to their
lives. Occupational Therapists work with participants to enhance their ability
to engage in the occupations they want, including by modifying the occupation or
the environment to better enable the participant to engage in the occupation.

NDIS PLAN MANAGEMENT

NDIS Plan Management is one of the options you have for managing the funding in
your NDIS plan. Using a Plan Manager gives you choice and control over how you
use your NDIS budget, but with the support of a professional behind you to
manage your funding and bills that need to be paid.
