CONSTABLE DAVID R. KNELLER, PCCD CERTIFICATION #B003636 OF LEBANON COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA.

This website primarily serves the purpose of elucidating an insurance-related
matter. Additionally, we extend our gratitude to Mr. David R. Kneller for his
commendable efforts in highlighting the contributions of Pennsylvania State
Constables. The task of overseeing Pennsylvania's interests demands considerable
dedication and effort.

THE INSURANCE ISSUE

The genesis of the article linked here stems from a Facebook post by the user
profile "Pennsylvania Arrest Warrants" (referred to as "PAW" from here on out),
which shed light on a critical insurance discrepancy affecting some of 152
Pennsylvania State Constables. Despite the detailed listing of names on the
now-removed PAW post, mainstream media refrained from disclosing the identities.
Nevertheless, a simple Google search of "Constable firstname lastname" from the
list lead straight to the PAW article, potentially tarnishing reputations
unjustly.

In essence, an oversight in communication or processing between the insurance
company(s) and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD)
resulted in erroneous lapses in certification for some of these Constables. PAW
swiftly reported on this issue mere hours before the deadline, tagging over 15
media outlets and posting the list of Constables' names. Alarmingly, this list
remains accessible on the PAW Facebook page as of February 15, 2024,
perpetuating the inaccuracies and risking the reputations of those falsely
implicated.

On February 17, 2024, an updated post on the Pennsylvania Arrest Warrants user
profile made a notable alteration by singling out an individual Constable from
the original listing of over 150 Constables. This revised post underwent several
iterations, incorporating additional details such as the Constable's employer
information, including the use of trademarked logos, and other personal
affiliations. The employers legal department was contacted regarding the matter
to issue a cease and desist. Mr. Kneller removed the unauthorized use of the
logos prior to the legal department attempts to contact him.

Subsequent to this update, there was an unfortunate development wherein the
Constable's spouse became the subject of targeting in another post by PAW. It is
concerning that such actions could be construed as vindictive. Regarding the
matter of Mr. Kneller's mental and emotional state and the extent to which he
may resort to bullying tactics, we refrain from making definitive judgments. It
is our policy not to engage in or condone any form of bullying, whether directly
or indirectly related to an individual's actions.

On February 24, 2024, the list of 152 Constables was cross-referenced with the
list of CERTIFIED Constables aggregated from the PCCD Certified Constable
finder, and found that 92 of the 152 Constables ARE STILL CERTIFIED. It is
unknown if all of these were originally listed in error.

CONNECTING THE DOTZ

Why did we post his personal contact info? First off, his info is already
readily available in other news articles as well as many contact info
aggregation websites, that's how we got it.

You see, in order for this site to tell this story in its entirety, we needed a
bonafide admission of proprietorship of the PAW profile from him. Direct
attempts at simply asking PAW who they were did NOT work (see chat below). Yeah,
we could have tried honey instead of vinegar.



That is the extent of HIS communication on FB messenger, those 3 messages. He
apparently doesn't like running off at the mouth when confronted directly,
unlike his FB posts.

A temporary plan was devised, executed, then patiently waited upon to see how
he'd react. We anticipated that he'd PM from PAW requesting to remove his
personal info from the website. However, within minutes, we got more than we
bargained for-- David Kneller publicly outing himself as an FBI Informant.









Hell, we might call the feds on ourselves so they can see his posts.

C'mon now, you gotta chuckle at his "FBI Informant" chest puffing bravado and
how he got outfoxed because of his ego!

EFFECT AND CAUSE

To those critical of my means, please listen to the lyrics of this 3 minute song
and think. Here's just a snippet:

LAST DITCH EFFORT, THE HAIL MARY

Let's start with what a Tarantula wasp is. It stings it's prey to disable it,
allowing the wasp to inject it's eggs into the tarantula. When tarantula
awakens, it carries on as normal. The eggs then hatch and the baby wasps feast
on the tarantula from the inside out avoiding the organs to keep the tarantula
alive as long as possible. This is purely an analogy.

So what does that all mean? I sent Mrs. Kneller a letter in hopes she could talk
some sense into him.

BREAKDOWN

 1. Previous attempts (prior to the C&D letter) to reach Mrs. Sarah H. Kneller
    via both Facebook Messenger and Instagram have unfortunately gone noticed.
    Consequently, resorting to traditional non-real-time communication, we
    decided to send a letter via snail mail. The best platform to contact a
    professional probably would have been her LINKEDIN profile, too late now.
 2. Considering the context of whose spouse has been targeted on the PAW page,
    we crafted a thoughtful letter to Mrs. Kneller, which, regrettably, may have
    gone unseen by her.
 3. "Harassing", "no legal or legitimate purpose", "harassment and stalking". We
    don't think so, 1 kindly written letter to HER, not him, we doubt
    constitutes harassment.


SUMMARY

We're really surprised that Mr. Kneller didn't just reach out to us to come to
an agreement of sorts. 

At the end of the day, Mr. David R. Kneller won because of the amount of time,
energy and attention he consumed, as well as silencing all communication
channels just as he does on his personal FB pages. And his FB posts continue to
exist. We concede defeat, congrats to Mr. David R Kneller on the victory! 

Now let's all move on with our lives.
