NOT GETTING DOCUSIGN EMAILS
Not receiving emails from expired links, also not getting new links to sign
documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign
is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe
receipients list but this has made no difference.

HOW TO ACCESS A DOCUMENT
I received an email that an author I know sent me a document to sign on
Docusign. So I created an account. But I still couldn’t find a way to access the
document. Today I can’t even log in using the account info I just created
yesterday. The site said they were sending me a verification via email. Never
received that. I asked to resend the code. Still not received. I hope this
document isn’t too important because it looks like I’m never going to see it.

I am trying to sign a job offer and when I click on Review documents I keep
getting the error :Warning System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be
processed at this time. Click the 'Back' button to return to your DocuSign
session. If you continue to receivethis error, please visit our Support Center.

find any information in regards to this.

HELLO EVERYONE NEED A LITTLE HELP PLEASE
I’m new to Docusign and trying to fill out a real estate Purchase & Sale
Agreement, I can't figure out how to manipulate the text field to adjust it to
fit on the line? I can click outside the box and get it to look like its
adjustable, but it won't allow me to adjust to fit the lines. I don't have this
issue with the company field any input is greatly appreciated!! Thanks

AUTOMATIC SIGNING IN CASE OF OPERATIONAL WORKFLOW APPROVAL
Hello everyone, My business team would want a particular signing process and I
like to know if it’s possible and what is the best way to help them with
Docusign, please? During a workflow, a legal document should be signed by the 2
parties that approve the workflow. If the 2 parties approve the workflow, the
document must be signed by both. However, the parties would like that when they
appvrove the workflow, the document be automatic signed without additional steps
that requests them to sign the document. I had a look to the API references but
I didn’t see any API that would generate a signing and it seems strange that a
tool as Docusign allow automatic creation of signing. I thought to an other way:
it’s the signing that generates the approval of the workflow. So, no need of
extra steps to approve the workflow. Have you ever been face with that case?

DOCUSIGN DOCUMENTS DON'T SHOW UP IN GOOGLE INBOX
Sender has sent me several loan documents to e-sign, but none of the emails
showed up in my Google inbox. I have checked spam and safe senders. My email
address they used is ok. Nothing bounced back to their end. I also tried to
access my DocuSign account but they would not accept the access code. On the
other hand, my wife got hers ok in her Yahoo email inbox. So it has to be the
Google server or DocuSign does not cooperate with Google???

NO OPTION TO DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT.
I receive an email from the creator of the document that it is complete. The
email has a link to “View Completed Document.” That’s great. I can view it.
However, there is no link, menu, drop down, option, anything to download
document.

SIGNED YET, IN MY DOCUSIGN ACCOUNT?
I am trying to set my account up so that I can sign into my account and just see
all of the documents that have been sent to me from outside senders for
signature. The goal is to eliminate the need to go to each document directly
from the email notification that I have received a document for signature. Is
there a way to do this? Basically, I don’t want to receive emails from DocuSign,
I just want to log in and see everything I need to sign and sign them. Thanks!

FRAUDULENT SIGNED DOCUMENT IN MY ACCOUNT MARKED "COMPLETED"
I received an email claiming I completed a Docusign document with an invoice for
$399.69, AND the “completed” document is IN MY ACCOUNT, marked as “completed”
even though I never signed it!! I reported the email as spam and flushed it from
my system. I want to report the fraudulent document, but in following the
instructions on the “how to report fraud” page, I am unable to get to a place
that offers “Report Abuse” via any link available in connection to that
FRAUDULENT completed document. I have sent 2 separate complaints to the
security@docusign.com reporting address, and 1 separate complaint to the
spam@docusign address, as directed on your website. I have heard NOTHING and
this FRAUDULENT “completed” document remains in my account register. It is
EXTREMELY alarming that a fraudulent document was processed by Docusign and is
sitting in my account and nothing is being done about it. I need to know if my
account is compromised. I need to know what is being done about this actual

NO OPTION TO VOID AN ENVELOPE
We’ve got a user that is unable to void an envelope. Attached is what they’re
seeing, and circled in red is where they should have buttons called Resend or
More, the More option allowing them to void it. The user, Jayne, is managing
envelopes on behalf of Kelly. The envelope is in a Waiting for Others status so
we would expect Jayne to be able to void. Why is this not appearing?

I sent a document to my client to be signed. Once she signed, I signed. When I
look at the signed document, it says this at the top, “This document is
digitally signed. Some signatures couldn't be verified.” What does this mean? Do

INITIAL INSTEAD OF ACTUAL SIGNATURE
My client accidentally used their initials for their signature. I have opened up
a several new envelopes so that they could actually sign the documents with
their actual name instead of their signature. However, DocuSign will not allow
for their initials to be changed to an actual signature. I even sent an envelop
to another email address to see if that would work but sadly it did not work.
How do I fix this problem? I pay $300/year for my plan. Will my current plan
allow me to fix this problem?

Hello everyone. I'm adding a textbox to a contract I'm trying to fill out and
when i try to resize the text to fit along the according lines it doesn't let
me. The selected text box only lets me move it around but does not let me resize
it using the expanded arrows on the corners. its like the text box has a fixed
