バリに来た！ という感じがする良い施設
とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせます たまに遭遇する他の宿泊客とも笑顔で軽い挨拶 3か所の観光スポットに無料で送迎してくれます
スタッフとはLINEでやりとり出来て便利 残念なのは情報不足で施設の全容がわからない 3泊したが多分3割ぐらいしか把握できていない
せめて施設内のマップがあれば良かった 金曜日にチェックアウトしたイベントの準備をしていた 週末はショーが行われるのかもしれない
施設の外は田舎でコンビニや食事が出来る場所は遠い

Cozy beds & beautiful Pools!
By far the most comfortable bed on our entire trip. I slept like on a cloud.
Such a large complex with many different beautiful pools. Many beautiful nature
trails and the staff was very friendly. You can Play Tennis there, that was very
cool :)

Nyepi di Swan Paradise
Tidak pernah bosan untuk datang ketempat ini, serasa rumah kedua bagi kami.
Mulai dari suasana, pelayanan, keramahan, kebersihan dan semuanya tidak ada
satupun yang mengecewakan kita saat tinggal disini. Semua staff yang bertugas
sangat baik tanpa memandang lokal atau luar. Kali ini kita kembali menikmati
Hari Nyepi disini dan sungguh benar2 merasakan ketenangan yang sebenarnya,
semuanya akan direfresh menjadi segar kembali. Thank U Swan Paradise and All
Staff. Kami pasti akan kembali kesana lagi.

Beautiful stay at a gorgeous resort!
My partner and I really enjoyed our few days here! Such a beautiful place, the
gardens are fantastic. The resort is massive! So you might have to walk a little
to get to the different pools, but we enjoyed chilling at a new pool everyday,
hah. Location is pretty great too, especially if you want to get away from the
busy areas in Bali.. But you're still close enough to many of the great things
to see and do!

Beautiful, but no air-conditioning
Absolutely beautiful grounds, meticulously groomed, nice views, great pools, but
very little air-conditioning! This place is so close to being amazing, but has a
huge floor - minimal to no air-conditioning. We had booked a 2 bedroom villa,
which is 2 storey, and the whole villa had NO air-conditioning except for the 2
bedrooms upstairs! And the walls throughout the villa had small holes allowing
the air and bugs from outside to come in. We were told by staff the owner
designed the whole place this way so that guests could smoke throughout the
villa. We were astonished anyone would give preference to smokers over the
comfort of guests. We don't smoke and this was a bit hard to grasp. We were
eventually moved to another "upgraded" villa which had a single air-conditioning
unit downstairs, but it never really cooled the villa. This place could be
amazing, I hope they fix the air-conditioning issue and they can be successful.
Food and drinks at the restaurant were also really expensive compared to other
resorts we stayed at during our stay in Bali.

Potential and a few very minor issues
Stayed here Jan 2024. 2 bed villa near small pool. Cons - air con in rooms is
average we needed extra fans brought in. - Room blinds were open allowing sun to
radiate through upon arrival and downstairs has no AC. Too hot. - unclear paths
to hotel restaurant. - poorly lit paths to restaurant at night. - the stair and
bottom sections of villa have open air vents so mozzies can get in. - lack of
vibe at the time with no music near pool or staff to ask for drinks. We were
here when it was very quiet which some might like but it felt a bit too quiet. -
pool a bit mossy needed a good surface clean. PROS - stunning grounds and
buildings. - Beautiful extensive gardens. - nice staff although can be a little
language barrier at times - restaurant is great with wide selection of foods and
great breakfast considering there was only a few people staying at the time. -
stunning location looking over some beautiful spots when you are at the
restaurant. Overall a good stay, the hotel isn't that old so with a bit of time
the trees will grow up and provide more shade and the resort will hopefully iron
out any issues as mentioned above. I see the potential. Would stay again in the
future.

Mycket trevligt boende som var långt över våra förväntningar!” Utmärkt, lugnt
läge, personalen var så vänlig och hjälpsam och det är en fantastisk plats för
att njuta av vattenfallen . Läget är lugnt och restaurangen erbjuder ett urval
av utsökt mat. Poolen är orörd, och den omgivande naturliga livsmiljön,
kompletterad med växterna och trädgården,trädgården är exceptionellt vacker.

Meilleur hôtel !
Nous avons passé 2 nuits exceptionnelles. Pour notre première fois à Bali
c’était une merveilleuse expérience que je recommande à 100%. Une piscine à
débordement ouverte 24/24, un personnel plus qu’accueillant, très gentil et à
l’écoute de vos moindre besoin à n’importe quelle heure ! Petit déjeuné à
volonté très varié et typique. Room service rapide et avec une carte variée et
des plats très bons. Un super rapport qualité prix ! Swan paradise est un peu
excentré des activités de Bali mais nous avons pris un chauffeur pour une
journée afin de visiter Denpasar et Canggu et ça valait vraiment le coup car cet
hôtel est le meilleure que nous ayons fait ! Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe
pour leur gentillesse.

Superb gardens
There are three levels of single rooms, superior, deluxe and one bedroom, They
all have the same furnishings but increase in size. We initially booked a
superior, but found it small for our long stay and the bathroom did not have a
door. The deluxe and one bedroom are very similar, with the one bedroom being
larger. Also, the superior is in a newer development and mostly requires a
shuttle for connecting with the main area, though the pool is larger. The food
was good but not as good as the restaurants in Ubud. One issue is that there are
few dining options in the immediate vicinity, as the resort is somewhat
isolated. There is a small fitness center. The stationary bicyles do not fit
tall individuals. There are superb gardens and the employees are very responsive
and helpful. There is a daily free shuttle to Ubud, which we used to have lunch
and go to spas. This is the second time we stay at a Pramana resort, and I have
found them both to be very pleasant and good values.
