When our local staff member in Syria discovered Ismail* using the residual heat
in his car engine to warm himself, his heart was broken. Ours were broken. No
child should be left shivering in the cold, displaced by a war they had no part
in starting.

For over 30 years we’ve gone with people like you to the end of the road - to
the hardest to reach places - to meet children like Ismail and make sure that
war doesn’t become the dominant narrative in their childhood. We need your help
for this important, life-saving work to continue.
