Aquasol Controllers, Inc. reserves the right to make changes, at any time, in
order to improve the reliability, function or design of its devices, products or
services and to supply the best devices, products and services possible. Aquasol
Controllers, Inc. assumes no obligation to correct any errors contained herein
or to advise any user of liability for the accuracy or correctness of any
engineering software support or assistance provided to a user. The Aquasol
Controllers, Inc. devices, products and services are dependent on the coverage
areas of wireless data transmission networks owned and operated by third
parties. Coverage areas are approximate and do not cover significant portions of
the United States. Actual coverage and operation of the Products depends on
system availability and capacity; system and equipment upgrades, repairs,
maintenance, modifications and relocation; user’s equipment; terrain; signal
strength; structural conditions; weather and atmospheric conditions;
governmental regulations; suspected fraudulent activities; acts of nature and
other conditions beyond Aquasol Controllers, Inc. reasonable control. Aquasol
Controllers, Inc. will not be responsible for limits in coverage or performance
degradation due to any such conditions. The user acknowledges that coverage
areas may be interrupted, halted, or curtailed or the quality of the
transmission may be diminished at any time. The devices, products and services
are dependent upon the availability of the Internet, which is owned and operated
by and accessed through third parties. Aquasol Controllers, Inc.assumes no
responsibility for improper storage of data or information or delivery of data.
The user assumes the entire risk in downloading or otherwise accessing any data,
information, files or other materials obtained from the Aquasol.net website. By
acknowledging this Terms of Service the user understands that the monthly
monitoring service is designed for normal levels of data transmission to include
regular readings every hour and occasional alerts. Usage is restricted and
capped at 20MB per month. By way of comparison normal usage with a few alerts
averages about 3MB per month. Once the cap is reached data service will be
suspended until the beginning of the next month. This situation is very rare and
only occurs when a user ignores constant alerts. Please be sure to keep your
e-mail address updated in the system and react to alert situations to avoid a
suspension of service due to data usage over the cap.
