They were quick to get a quote to me which was great. I'm editing my original
review since someone at the office did reach out to me to understand my
frustration and apologize for the lack of communication in doing the work. I
respect any business that tries to at least understand the problem and big
enough to apologize, which they did.

Arron was on time and extremely courteous, friendly, and very professional and
did an amazing job grinding 3 stumps in my yard. I live beside an apartment
building and he understood my concerns with anything hitting the building and
helped me take extra care and put up some cardboard for extra protection just in
case - even though it really wasn't needed. He had to work in quite a tight
space and totally knew what he was doing. I was super nervous, but he made me
feel really at ease. The quote was extremely reasonable, and they honored it
even though it was from the year before and prices have been skyrocketing. Would
definitely recommend them for any of your projects.

Did an amazing job, cutting down 2 trees from my yard. Clean up was exceptional.
Price was so reasonable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank
you so much Kildonan Tree Service.

Had them take down 3 trees for me. Very good to work with only complaint is the
branch crew left an unreasonable ammount of branches left behind. We’re talking
branches up to 2 feet

Friendly staff who get the job done! So many companies say they'll show up at a
certain time and then may wander in hours later...not Kildonan Tree Service!
Every aspect of our massive tree removal was done on time and as quoted. We had
other companies give us quotes, and Kildonan is comparable to the others, but
their customer service is what gives them the upper hand. Have called on them
twice for work in the past 2 years and they will get our future business too.
