eSignature: Adding Response Recipient
Hi Everyone, Sorry for my writing (English is not my first language). I will try
to be as precise as possible. I would like to find a way to add email adress
that would be receiving the SIGNED document back. These adresses would not be in
the initial email. Example: Original email from: abc@inc.com Original email
recipient (signature required): zzz@abcd.com User who will received the signed
document back: abc@inc.com, def@inc.com, legal@inc.com, etc Is this possible and
if so how can I do this?

File too large to send....
We’ve been sending the same type of documents over to customer via DocuSign for
as long as we’ve been using DocuSign but for some reason it errored out even
though it did not meet the size limit. It’s a just a little under it. I’ve tried
to compress the file but unable to upload the compressed folder. We’ve removed
some pages, 2 out 20 and still get the same message. We do not want to split up
the package into two. Is there any other way to send this file without getting
the error message?

Receiving and downloading received signed forms
I received two responses out of five so far to my envelope. The second response
is overwritten the first response so I can see the first responder’s details on
the form as well as the second responder’s form. I cannot see the two people’s
individuals’ forms. I cannot download them separately either.

Is there a way to send disclosures to a recipient along with a form but only get
the form back? We have deposit disclosures we need to send (based on different
products/services) to the recipient, but we don’t need them back with the

Signing Groups with Same Users: How to ensure that the same user doesn't sign
twice
I have a process that requires two approval signatures, both from signing
groups. The problem is that both of the groups will continue some of the same
users. Is there a way to ensure that the same user doesn’t sign both times? For
example: Signing Group 1 contains users A, B, C, D and Signing Group 2 contains
users A, B, C If user A signs on the first signature line, is there a way to
restrict it so that only users B or C could sign on the second line? Thank you!

Issues Logging into Support Page for Bulk Send Retrieval
Hello, I'm using a company account on DocuSign and recently used the Bulk Send
feature. I want to download all the signed documents from the envelope, and
after some research, I found out that I need to contact support to get a
download link for DocuSign Retrieve. However, I'm facing an issue: I can't log
in to the DocuSign Support page with my login credentials, even though I have no
problems signing into my DocuSign account using the same information. Any
guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance!

One envelope - Two signatures (in-person)
Hello, I work for a non-profit organization who provide social housing. We
recently adopted DocuSign, and I’m unable to workout the best workflow for our
scenario.Our housing assistants will meet a prospective tenant at a property,
and if they are happy, we require they sign various agreements, which I have now
created in DocuSign. My struggle here is that we cannot rely on the tenant to
bring any type of signing equipment (mobile or laptop), so is there a scenario
where the envelope can be sent to the assistant, and have the tenant and
assistant sign the document on his/her company device, which has mobile
broadband etc?

Hi, I am trying to add an email address in my document and would like it to act
as a hyperlink to email, is this function available? I know how to add a
hyperlink to a site in the document, and added an email address the same way
using #HREF, but this does not work for email. Should I be using something

Docusign keeps taking user back to login page after attempting to login
A user attempted to login from the Docusign login page. The user entered his
email which takes the user to the next screen and then clicked on ‘Use Company
Login’. Afterward, it just takes the user back to the Docusign login page. Any
idea what is causing this?

Envelope expiration notification for Sender
Hi, as the Sender of an envelope is it possible to set a notification to be
automatically received when an envelope is due to expire? I’m aware that
notifications can be set for a recipient to receive a pending expiration however
I can’t locate any settings for the Sender. Currently the Sender is required to
access DocuSign on a daily basis to check for any voided envelopes.

Authenticate a document
Hi All, A quick question… I am looking to engage in a business transaction and
have been presented with a Docusign document as proof of an existing contract
between 2 parties. This legitimacy of this contract is important to our decision
to engage or not. Is there a way I can verify this document to be true and
authentic? I have been emailed the document which has the envelope ID on the top

Signing kids and parents in one form
Hello everyone, I am currently checking whether we can use the product for our
table tennis club instead of paper forms. When children are registered, the
parents usually sign. However, in rare cases, the children may also need to
sign. Is it possible for the children to sign on the same form as the parents,
even if the children do not have their own email? And what about when a third
person, for example, needs to sign for the account holder in the case of a

Problem with one field in Bulk Send
I have uploaded my CSV file using the CSV template. I’ve left some fields empty
because I don’t know what they are for. But one field - Requestor::First Name is
not coming through and even though I accept the matching exception, I end up
with an error message after I do. The names in the First Name column match the
first names that are also included in the Name column...not sure what I am
missing.

"You used all your folders for the month" error message
I successfully sent out three documents to three people for their
signature...however, I sent a fourth one out to a fourth person and missed
putting in some info...i deleted this person’s docusign document in my console
and tried to create a new docusign document for this person...but when I clicked
‘Send’...I got this error message: “You used all your folders for the month.”
Can anyone explain what is happening and what my options are to resolve this?
Could it be that the recipient has the original document that I sent open? I
look forward to your assistance!
