CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING WEDDING, REUNION OR EVENT!

Our company has been helping clients plan their special day since 1978. We offer
Planning / Directing Only services, as well as Custom Packages that include your
choice of linens, arches, decor, floral, rental equipment and vendors.

Our team has many great options ranging from simple Beach or Backyard
Ceremonies, to all inclusive Event Packages. We can assist you in finding the
Event Home or Venue that fits your budget and needs. Or, if you have already
chosen your location, we can fill in the missing parts to fulfill your vision.

To take the stress out of your day, Premium Packages include planning, tastings
and vendor meetings. Premium and even Budget Packages, include the creation of a
Timeline with a Director to keep your day running smoothly, and Staff to
complete all setup of equipment and decor.

ABOUT US

11th Hour Weddings and Events, manages and works with Event Homes and Venues in
the Outer Banks of North Carolina and Sandbridge Beach Virginia. We feature the
best Venues for all size receptions, and Beach Event Homes that offer full and
partial week stays. If you have already chosen your location, we can take a
rental and / or vendor package to you.

We own equipment from Arches, to Farm Tables, to Linens to Decor. Our Wedding
Planners are Certified, and our Photographers and Florist have been in business
for decades. Our Musicians and DJs are outstanding! The Caterers and Bakers we
work with are talented and tasty at the best price point in the area. We feature
Cafe String Lighting as well

We offer Planning Only Services as well.

WEDDING PLANNING ONLY

Many couples choose to begin working with our company by first hiring us to
start the coordinating process. Although we offer free consultations, some wish
to take the next step by reserving just our planning services; then decide what
rentals and vendors they wish to reserve that will fit within their budget.

Even if you have already reserved a venue or event home and/or hired your
vendors, we can fill in the missing parts, have our staff construct your wedding
the day of, and direct your event from start to finish.  $2,000

If you choose to start with one of our packages, the planning is included at a
discounted rate.

WEDDING PLANNING INCLUDES:

COMMUNICATION, PLANNING, TOURS, & TASTING

We love to hear from our couples! We include unlimited email communication and
phone calls, day or evening, (within reason) and up to two in-person planning,
site tours, or tasting meetings. 

FLEXIBILITY

If our vendors or rental equipment or decor isn’t what you are looking for, will
we assist with finding the perfect person or rental or decor item that will work
within your budget. This includes scheduling face to face or phone meetings with
the vendor. 

COST EFFICIENCY

We will always make suggestions on how to save money and not take away from the
beauty of your Wedding Vision. We don’t want you to start your life in debt nor
do we want to break your parents!

DETAIL

We provide our couples with Wedding Homework to fill out for us to prepare a
customized and detailed Timeline for your Ceremony and Reception. We will
distribute the Timeline to vendors and clients by email.

REHEARSAL

We will coordinate a one hour Ceremony Rehearsal one to two days before your
event

TRANSPORTATION

We will discuss Transportation plans if needed and make recommendations for the
timing of pickup and drop off of guests to the driver.

SETUP AND EVENT MANAGEMENT

We will manage the vendor and equipment setup for the Ceremony/Reception/Event
Site(s). Any items rented through our company, our staff will provide all the
labor putting up and taking down.

ORGANISATION

We will assist with the setup of the signing item, programs, signs, seating
chart, etc.

COORDINATION

We will give the Officiant the marriage license, line up and cue guests, family,
wedding party and musicians for the Ceremony. We will coordinate Reception
activities with vendors throughout the event to ensure timeline and commitments
are followed through as planned and contracted for.

LEFTOVERS

We will arrange for the boxing of cake and bagging of extra food (if allowed) to
take home.

GIFTS

We will distribute gratuities if requested to and stay until the end of the
event. We will pack up all items to give to the appointed friend or family
member.
