Our Advice Centre is open today from 10:00am – 5:00pm


WE’RE NO LIMITS

We offer free information, advice and help to children & young people under the
age of 26 in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Whatever your issue, whether it’s around mental health, housing and
homelessness, sexual health, substance use, money, or anything else, our trained
youth workers are available to support, advise and educate you, helping you to
grow in confidence, manage your life and build a brighter future.

Our Advice Centre in Southampton is accessible by all transport, open six days a
week and you can drop in for free, without making an appointment.
