All orders are shipped out next day. Friday, Saturday & Sunday orders will be
shipped out Monday.

Returns Policy

My goal is to ensure my customer's satisfaction. Most sales are final, but I
look at returns on case-by-case basis.

If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact me at:

 * No returns because of dissatisfied with the scent after ordering.




 * Products with personalized labels and/or custom scents are not returnable.




 * In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of
   purchase.




 * Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original
   packaging and accessories. 




 * Will Not accept any returns of candles that have been lit.
