EXCESSIVE RAINFALL ALONG THE MID-ATLANTIC INTO THE NORTHEAST; EXCESSIVE HEAT
CONCERNS

Tropical moisture from Debby will track northward with excessive rainfall
potential from the Carolina's and eventually into the Northeast corridor. Gusty
winds will accompany the track of Debby as this storm tracks northward through
the first half of the weekend. Meanwhile, heat and fire weather concerns for the
Intermountain West continues. For Puerto Rico and USVI, excessive heat into
