Marisa at the front desk will take excellent care of you, it's always nice to talk to a human being from a local business instead of having to always book everything online! And Sade did a fantastic job Washing my cat, and giving her a super cute haircut. I totally recommend the services in this place. And when I was there today, I realized how much they also sell in terms of products. Again, it's nice to have a real life shop instead of buying everything online. My Doodle has, historically, loved grooming wherever we have lived, but picking him up from grooming & more I found him very agitated and shaking. Adding insult to injury was a hefty price on a very sub-par groom. How this company can claim to be "#1" in the city is appalling, ESPECIALLY since they've only been open a handful of months! I made appointment with Destinie for grooming but no one told me she left until at the time of appointment. They carried a bunch of natural shampoos for my fur babies and having 3 fur babies. I bought more than a few different bottles. Noticed a good selection of food, treats, and products. Fairly priced too for retail not over priced like corporate stores! Love the grooming setup where everything is very transparent and visible... San Jose, CA 0 3 5/17/2023 May be a good fit for you if you don't mind the groomer taking their lunch break during your appt and leaving your animal there to wait. For some animals, this may not be a big deal, but definitely is for others. There were several red flags in the short time that I was there waiting for my appt, including dogs crying in the back. After speaking with the groomer on the phone I got the sense that they did not care about me or my baby cat, so I left and will not be going back. I left feeling not valued as customer and disrespected as a person. There are a number of cat groomers in this area that you can schedule with alternatively: Green Paws, Scissor Me Whiskers, Beauty and the Beasts. They may not have immediate openings like Grooming and More, but they will keep their appointment times and care more about you and your fuzzy family member. The groomer just went to the grocery store next door to get a drink/ snack , Julia was told that the groomer will be back in few minutes, we called the groomer to check on her return time but Julia had no patience to wait and started to raise hill and yelling and disrespecting every one . She was told nicely to leave. We are not here to disrespect any one or to be disrespected by any one . Her behavior was totally unacceptable. Charlie's an old guy and doesn't like to be put on the table. Alex read the room and got right down on the floor with him and said "We can trim them here so he's more comfortable." So intuitive and kind! I was so impressed with Alex that I took my bosses dog Karma here too, I'm a PA. He's a Tibetan terrier. Alex works on one dog at a time so Karma wasn't crated while waiting. Karma went in a fluffy and came out EVER so handsome!! I'll have to add before and after pictures. Oh, and prices are very fair especially for such excellent work. Thank you Alex!!!
