stars 10/04/24 Full Review Frida There were too many songs, none of which were
original to the movie or part of the story to create the musical tone they were
going for. They were performing songs that hinted at the tone of the movie, but
I wished they had used the script to move the story forward rather than relying
on a vivid dream sequence where the character sings a sad, popular song. If
Harley was just meant to be a regular singer, any actress could have played the
role—it didnt need to be Lady Gaga. It feels like her casting was more about
drawing her fanbase to the theater. While shes an amazing singer, we didnt get
to fully experience her acting skill since she was just singing along. This was
the first time I seriously considered walking out of a movie, but I stayed
because Im a huge Joaquin fan. Otherwise, I would have left, as the whole thing
felt like a bigger waste of time than I expected. Rated 2/5 Stars •  Rated 2 out

ride of a madman and his delusions. The director wanted to give you something
unexpected. Something that is thought provoking instead of carnage and violence.

school kid not wanted to go to school, but if you take the time to be in that
