Important information about procedures for opening a new account.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering
activities, U.S. Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify,
and record information that identifies each person (individual or business) who
opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name,
address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify
you. We may also ask for your driver’s license or other identifying information.

The rates are effective the date the account is opened.

Popular Bank. Popular Bank is a Member FDIC institution and a New York state
chartered bank. Processing services for all Popular Direct deposit products are
provided by Popular Bank. All deposits with Popular Bank (including deposits
through Popular Direct deposit products) are insured by the FDIC up to the
applicable maximum amount allowed by law for each deposit ownership category.
All balances for Popular Direct and Popular Bank deposits would be combined for
