may be: (1) used in the United States; (2) transferred to a SalesDuo location

Merger or Acquisition. If SalesDuo is merged into or acquired by another entity,
personal information may be transferred to such an entity as a part of the
merger or acquisition. Should such a transaction occur, we will require that the
