Privacy Concern The app offers an ability to change the preferred email address
- great! When changing, there is a confirmation required email sent to the new
address - good practice. However, there is no notification email sent to the
prior address notifying of the change. That kind of notification is a pretty low
bar to trip over when it comes to providing a backstop against malicious actors.
If MH missed or ignored that bar, what else was missed? C'mon, y'all can do
better.

I'm new to this app and just downloaded the latest version. However I can't get
the app to open, it loads indefinitely. So I'm resorting to using this service
through the browser. It seems like a well-rounded service thus far, offering
such options as group coaching, 1:1 therapy, and self-help videos and exercises.
I'm disappointed the app itself doesn't work.

The app is a little intrusive for my tastes. It's just my personal preference,
but it asks me to take a "well being" checkup before any appointment... But it's
the app asking for data; not a healthcare provider. 🙄 It probably shares it
with them, but they don't need it... I'm not a fan of that. 🤔 Also,
notifications don't seem to work. I've never received a message notification
from this app, and sometimes the messages go left for days without me knowing
about it. This app needs more work.
