About Us
What makes NLRP different from other FiveM servers? 1. Many servers let their
staff and owners walk over their own rules and do what they want while on the
server. -NLRP enforces and upholds the ideals that no one is above our rules,
not those who wrote them or those who enforced them. We hold strict standards
for all staff and have ways for any member to voice their concerns if this isn't
the case in an anonymous manner and can be assured that all issues are dealt
with. 2. Many servers base promotions on how much people like you or only let
people move up who are liked by leaders. -NLRP rewards anyone regardless of
opinion based on professionalism in-game and hours dedicated to their
department. People will never be denied a promotion due to a member's view of
them only by their own actions. We also have a means of reporting if someone
feels this is the case directly to our leadership who will review and enforce
these rules if they aren't. 3. Many servers base their departments or ranks on
your personal experience going into the server. -NLRP has in-depth training and
a ride-along process for every department meaning if you don't know anything
about DOT or Fire and Rescue but are willing to learn and improve we will teach
you how to fill that role. You don't have to enter the server as an IRL cop,
firefighter, or tow truck driver to enter and even run these departments we will
help you improve and learn as long as you are willing to. 4. Many servers make
you choose a single department to join like LEO, CIV, FR and you are in that for
the entire time your in the server. -NLRP believes that you should be able to
join the server and enjoy every department so we allow any member to be a part
of 1 LEO department, Civilian operations, Fire and rescue, and DOT all at the
same time if they feel they can fill those roles. So you aren't trapped behind
one department the entire time your in the server you can pursue any field you
