CONVENIENT LOCATION TO PHOENIX AIRPORT
With this being our bookend location for our flights, the location was an
easy 10-min drive from the Phoenix airport and rental car location. The
surrounding area was quiet even being in the downtown area.

MY STAY
The hotel was the best I ever stayed at the very first stay..... but after
the first stay my next stay was not as nice I requested a handicap room and
did not receive it they gave me the opportunity to look at another room and
I agreed to it, but at that time you are there on a hospital appointment
you really don't have much other choice. The room they offered appeard to
be suitable, but In reality it was not. Your rooms should be more
accessible. Beds are way to high even Ada rooms the toilets are like babies
first potty!
Furniture is a little tattered and not very comfortable.

A GREAT STAY WITH EVEN BETTER SERVICE
During my recent business trip, I stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites and
had a fantastic experience. The room setup was perfect for my needs,
providing a quiet and comfortable environment where I could focus on work.
The welcoming smiles and helpful assistance from the staff ensured I was
well-equipped for all my business requirements.
Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that helped kick-start my day
before heading into meetings. The hotel's convenient location was also a
big plus, making it easy to navigate my schedule.
While the property may be a bit older, the exceptional service from the
staff more than compensated for it. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn and
Suites for anyone traveling on business.

VISIT PHOENIX FOR SEMINAR
This hotel provides basic need to stay overnight. Nothing fancy, but
fullfill the needs. There is no cover parking. Not sure what makes it worth
to charge for parking fee.

Thank you for your feedback.
Our parking fee is not based upon covered or uncovered parking.
Its based on location. We are based in a central downtown area and
there are meters and other properties charging $75 to park.
We want to be reasonable with our guest and have a $7 fee as you can
come and go as many times necessary.
I would like to share that we will be undergoing full renovation.
