Founder & Strategic Advisor

From the trenches of security to the front lines of strategy, Ferruh’s 20+ years
of experience have taught him a thing or two about the hurdles DevSecOps
professionals face daily. In the late 2000s, Ferruh was working with Europe’s
biggest security company as a penetration tester, where he devoted entire days
to manually verifying the results of security scans and weeding out false
positives. Exasperated, he was determined to craft an end-to-end solution that
automated everything that could possibly be automated, freeing up time for
innovation. Sixteen years later, Invicti Security now helps thousands of
organizations secure their web applications. When Ferruh isn’t driving teams
towards innovation, he’s passionate about leveling up in competitive video
games.

Michael is a seasoned CEO with more than 25 years of experience starting,
building, and leading growing technology companies. He is intensely focused on
enabling Invicti customers to protect everything and everyone by delivering the
industry’s best application security solution. Before joining Invicti, Michael
served as CEO of Continuum where he helped scale the company by more than 500%.
With previously held CEO roles at OATSystems, Bowstreet, and Interlynx, Michael
has built a reputation for crafting customer-first cultures and driving product
innovation to lead market categories. When he isn’t steering tech companies,
Michael is an avid outdoorsman, passionate about high-altitude mountaineering.
He has climbed two of the Seven Summits with plans for more expeditions in the
future.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Invicti, Mark is a proven builder
and leader of high-performing teams with a history of helping companies grow and
scale. He previously held leadership roles at Vista Consulting Group, Social
Solutions Global, SolarWinds, and Boston Consulting Group. In his role at
Invicti, Mark helps set, communicate, and drive company strategy and execution
by bringing deep expertise in analytics, marketing, operations, and M&A. Outside
of the office, Mark is passionate about snow skiing, video games, and adding to
the list of 46 countries he has visited.

Chief Product Officer

Sonali is a technology executive with 25 years of experience in product
management, marketing, corporate strategy, finance, and M&A. Her accomplishments
include launching startups, taking high-growth companies into new markets and
regions, and building and leading high-performing product and marketing teams.
Before joining Invicti Security as Chief Product Officer, Sonali was CPO at
WhiteOps and Veracode and VP of Products and Marketing at BitSight. In addition
to her passion for product, Sonali is an avid painter and spends her spare time
volunteering with Boston-area nonprofits that help advance access, equity, and
funding for educational programs.

Steven brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales and go-to-market
organizations at enterprise technology companies around the globe focusing on
SaaS customer experience, value realization, and channel leverage at scale.
Previously, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Sumo Logic, where his
customer-first approach helped grow the SaaS business from $45M to $250M+ ARR.
Before Sumo Logic, Steven held executive positions at MapR, Avaya and Dell EMC
Isilon, where he spent five years running the company’s APAC-Japan region,
living in both Japan and Hong Kong. When he’s not building mission-driven global
teams and delivering world-class experiences for customers, Steven enjoys
spending time with his family, skiing, fly fishing, and practicing meditation.

Jeff’s path to Invicti has spanned more than 25 years, during which he managed
high-growth software companies through post-IPO into maturity. With a track
record of guiding organizations to predictable financial results through
data-driven decisions, Jeff knows what it takes to bring businesses to their
full potential. Prior to joining Invicti as Chief Financial Officer, Jeff held
critical roles at Rapid7 and Imprivata where he helped build successful teams to
improve financial planning, investor relations, and business intelligence. When
he isn’t focused on delivering results that help companies flourish, Jeff spends
his spare time on the ice playing hockey, enjoying standup paddleboarding, and
participating as a member of the board of directors of the United Way of
Massachusetts Bay, with a focus on their STEM education initiatives.

Kelly is a 20-year veteran of B2B technology marketing with deep proficiency in
product marketing, demand creation, brand management, analyst relations, and
communications. Her accomplishments include scaling venture-stage startups,
expanding into new regions, leading go-to-market strategy transformations, and
building compelling brands that drive revenue. Prior to joining Invicti as
Senior Vice President of Marketing, Kelly led marketing at Anaconda,
Bazaarvoice, and Wi-Fi Alliance, where she made Wi-Fi a household name. Aside
from leading world-class marketing organizations, Kelly is passionate about
rescue dogs, painting, travel, live music, and tattoos.

Bringing his tried-and-true recipe for customer experience to Invicti, Mike has
spent over 15 years crafting global programs that improve productivity, revenue,
and service. Before taking the lead as our Senior Vice President of Customer
Success, Mike built and scaled teams at EVERFI, DoubleDutch, and Baynote, where
he helped make organizational and operational changes to boost profit and
improve customer experience. Mike leans on that know-how here at Invicti to help
us hit our own sales and service goals, but when he’s not immersed in the world
of customer success, you can find him with his family and friends enjoying the
skiing mountains or boating on the lake.

Kellie has over 20 years of experience in global human resources leadership.

organization. Prior to Invicti, Kellie held HR leadership roles at some of the
most exceptional  brands including the Golden State Warriors, Salesforce, BEA
Systems, and the Alliance of American Football.  Having lived in Japan for seven
years, Kellie speaks Japanese and enjoys traveling to new countries with her
family.
