SERVICE & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE


SERVICE CALLS


IN AN EMERGENCY, WE’RE HERE WHEN YOU NEED US.

LoTemp’s team of engineers, mechanics and technicians can respond to and solve
emergency issues of any nature, 24-hours a day, regardless of manufacturer or
brand. LoTemp technicians are expertly trained to analyze and reconcile all
situations, so down-time is kept to a minimum. It’s not always easy, but LoTemp
customers know they can depend on us to do what we say we’ll do. This is our
strength.


PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE


PROPERLY MAINTAINING AND CALIBRATING YOUR REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT TO AVOID ANY
DOWN-TIME.

LoTemp performs a number of PM services, both on an as-needed basis and through
custom preventative maintenance programs for individual facilities. LoTemp’s
preventative maintenance services compliment a plant’s mechanical integrity
program to ensure PSM compliance. LoTemp’s service technicians are manufacturer
trained and will provide reports compliant with PSM requirements in
1910.119(j)(4)(iv) and written in language you can understand. Additionally,
backups of all reports are stored electronically in an off-site, automatically
backed-up server. LoTemp utilizes cutting edge PM software to track work
completed on site-specific equipment. Work orders are automatically generated so
you won’t miss a thing. Some of the PM services that LoTemp provides are:

COMPRESSORS:

 * Oil sampling & analysis
 * Overhauls & inspections
 * Drive checks & alignments
 * Safety cutout checks
 * Filter changes
 * Vibration analysis

SYSTEM-WIDE:

 * Ammonia leak checks
 * Proper valve operation
 * Exercising valves
 * Winterizing / De-winterizing
 * Equipment inspections

CONDENSERS:

 * Inspect spray systems
 * Inspect water pump drive systems
 * Inspect and adjust fan belt tension and inspect fan drive system

AIR UNITS:

 * Inspect units for proper operation
 * Ammonia leak repairs

SAFETIES & CONTROLS:

 * Ammonia sensor calibration & bump tests
 * Proper exhaust fan / e-stop function
 * Compressor & vessel safeties
 * Vessel safety checks, as well as level probe calibrations




MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS


MAINTAINING YOUR AMMONIA REFRIGERATION SYSTEM SO THAT YOU CAN CONCENTRATE ON
PRODUCTION.

LoTemp has a number of maintenance contracts with customers to provide checks
and balances for their refrigeration systems. These contracts are site-specific
and meet the customer’s unique needs. This way maintenance personnel are not
taken away from their day-to-day duties. Many customers value and appreciate
these contracts and renew them from year to year.


FACTORY-TRAINED TECHNICIANS

LoTemp’s customer-oriented service technicians have been trained at the factory,
ensuring a thorough knowledge of the equipment. Technicians are trained to
analyze and reconcile all situations to keep down-time to the absolute minimum.

respond to and solve emergency issues of any type on a 24-hour basis, regardless

PARTS INVENTORY

LoTemp stocks the parts needed to keep customers’ facilities in operation.

equipment manufacturers. Customers can count on LoTemp to fill their requests
and manage the details of their order so it arrives correctly and on-time.


COMPUTER ACCESS TROUBLESHOOTING

LoTemp offers remote computer access to your refrigeration system for the
purpose of monitoring, troubleshooting, and energy management for automated
