WHAT IS AN ANALOG SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM?

An Analog Security Camera System is a traditional surveillance solution that
utilizes Analog Cameras (also sometimes known as CVI Cameras) connected to a
Digital Video Recorder (DVR). These cameras capture raw analog video signals,
which are transmitted via BNC Cables to the DVR for digitization and storage.
Analog systems are generally more affordable than IP-based systems, making them

HOW ARE ANALOG CAMERAS INSTALLED?

Analog Security Cameras are installed using RG59 Siamese BNC Coaxial Cables.
These cables are designed to carry both power and video signals to the camera,
simplifying the installation process. Each camera needs to be plugged in, but
thanks to the coaxial cables, they can be plugged in close by to the DVR and not
