ABOUT THIS EVENT As soon as we understand one crisis, the next is upon us. There has been no respite in the battle with conflicting priorities: supply issues, sustainability, diversity; inflation; war. It begs the question: are we leading the way; or are we buried in issues, barely able to think? The answer has a huge impact on our leadership style, our teams’ performance and our influence with business partners. Some think crisis is good for Procurement’s reputation; but others believe the last two years have only confirmed a reputation for operational responses and tactical fixes, leaving us as far further from real corporate influence as ever.
