Meet Pete.
I talk to so many wonderful people each day and I wish I had the opportunity to
meet everyone in person. My job at Patio Furniture Cushions is to make sure
every customer receives the proper attention, I monitor the factory to assure we
are putting out the best product on the market, we cant just be good, our goal
is to be better than every other company. Every week we conference with the
factory and discuss the most innovative new products, machinery and production
methods to improve our product and production.
My favorite job is talking to my customers, my CSR’s wonder why I take so many
calls, it is simple, I like to talk to our customers and I stay abreast of any
changing trends. I sincerely hope we keep all of our customers satisfied.
