CREATE CONTACTS LIST

Import your existing WordPress users or upload it as a CSV file. You can also
create fresh lists and add users automatically. Select the trigger that will add
a new user to a list. These triggers can be simple WordPress signup, Easy
Digital Downloads/WooCommerce purchase, LMS subscription/course completion, or
simple newsletter signup via WordPress forms. Set the conditions and FluentCRM
will start adding users to appropriate lists automatically.

fresh one or select one from your saved templates. You may want to A/B test your

Are there any limitations about how many emails I can send?

No, there are no limitations. You can send as many emails as you want.

How many contacts can I add?

FluentCRM does not limit the amount of contacts you can add. You can have
unlimited contacts.

How will the emails be sent?

FluentCRM sends the emails using Email SMTP services. You can pair up any SMTP
service such as MailGun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, etc., with FluentSMTP and send
out unlimited emails. We recommend using Amazon SES because it’s a reliable and
cost-effective solution.

Is FluentCRM 100% self-hosted?

Yes, FluentCRM is 100% self-hosted. It will not be connected with any of our
SAAS servers. You own the data and the data will be hosted in your hosting
server.

Is FluentCRM GDPR compliant?

Yes. Your data will never go to a different server like it goes in MailChimp,
ActiveCampaign, or hundreds of other CRMs. All the data will be saved and
managed into WordPress.

Will it be a performance issue for WordPress?

Absolutely not! From the very beginning, we made sure the plugin will not affect
your site’s performance. All the Campaigns and Contact data will be stored in
custom database tables so that they do not affect your WordPress database. The
application is built with VueJS and it’s only run when you go to the admin
dashboard of FluentCRM. Also, the admin UI is super fast as it’s a SPA (Single
Page Application) and communicates over Ajax.

How reliable is FluentCRM performance-wise?

We prioritize speed and performance over anything else and FluentCRM is no
different. The plugin won’t load any assets in the front-end and works in the
background. So your website will remain unaffected even if you send a million
emails every day!
