I rarely leave reviews but the experience I had with Richard was so AMAZING that
I felt that I needed to. First of all, his prices are the best, significantly
cheaper than any other mattress shop. But what made the experience even better
was his response to me picking out the wrong mattress. Unfortunately the first
mattress I got didn't work out for us. It felt great when just lying on it, but
I woke up with back pain. Richard's response was UNBELIEVABLE! He reassured me
and told me not to worry, that he would get me a mattress that would work better
for us. He encouraged me to keep trying it for a couple more week to see if my
body gets use to it, and allow the mattress to break in. He then graciously
switched us out for another mattress at no cost. The new mattress is he
recommended is amazing, both me and my wife love it sleep is remarkably better.
Go ahead, call around and ask the other mattress stores if they do this, no one
does this. Those that do offer exchanges usually always charge some sort of
exchange fee. Thanks Richard, you got a customer for life!

We had been searching for a new mattress for several months. We went to the
local Mattress stores around us and they hed "hybrid mattresses". We ended up
purchasing a hybrid, but did not feel comfortable with it. We went back to the
store and canceled the order. Then we saw that YouTube had many videos on
mattresses and that's where we discovered Richard of Mattress Pros. We had many
texts and phone calls to discuss our needs. His goal was to sell us what we
wanted and make sure the quality met our needs. We drove up to Culver City and
met with him and made the purchase of their Aireloom M1 Luxtop Mattress. We have
had it now for about a month and it fits our needs. We are happy with the
Quality of the Mattress and even though they run a little higher in price, we
feel the investment is well worth the money. Richard was responsive and very
helpful during the time we were deciding and we are very happy with Mattress
Pros. We won't hesitate to use them again for our other bedrooms.

I’m so happy to share my unexpected, exceptionally wonderful experience with
Richard, owner of Mattress Pros. I was erate to find an honest mattress store so
after reading Richard’s promise of trusted service, I emailed him - not actually
expecting a reply, but much to my surprise, he replied personally with interest
& kindness. Upon meeting him, his warm & friendly manner supported by a clearly
genuine desire to help me find a comfortable mattress was such a relief.
Throughout the whole process Richard was so nice to deal with, following up with
me to see if I needed anything long after my mattress delivery. I also had the
good fortune to deal with two of his sales people, both with the same genuine

Let me start by saying, I couldn’t be happier with my mattress and the service!!
I recently moved to Culver City from diana and needed a mattress. I quickly did
a Google search and found Mattress Pros. It was rated five stars - for good
reason - so I went. Right off the bat Tracy, the store manager, was warm, funny
and accommodating, and turns out we both spent significant time living in
Indiana! Small world! The store had a wide variety of soft pillow top mattresses
and Tracy was extremely helpful in finding one that I both loved and in my price
range. He even offered free delivery! Originally he said it couldn’t be
delivered until the following week, but he reached out later that day and said
I’d have it by the weekend - and I did! I arrived in LA on a Tuesday, went to
Mattress Pros on a Thursday, and had my new mattress by Saturday. So far this is
the best customer service experience I’ve had in my new city! I highly recommend
Mattress Pros!

Mattress Pros deserves me taking the time o explain how enjoyable it was doing
business with him. After trying several mattress stores and researching online
President's Day sales, I decided to head out one last time and try his store.
Richard didn't pressure me at all. Instead, he was extremely helpful and gave me
a better deal than anything on the Internet. I'm very happy with my purchase of
a Cal king Aireloom mattress. I highly recommend this store and Richard, not

If you're in the market for a great mattress buying experience, don't look any
further than Mattress Pros. I found this place online and was curious whether
this it would live up to the 5 star status, so I went in to take a look. The
owner and his partner are incredibly professional and friendly, allowing me to
take my time to look at a range of different mattress options that would work
for me and my budget. I ended up getting the bed that I wanted for a very good
price, which included delivery and setup in my home. All things said, this was a
profoundly positive experience that completely removed the stress and headache
one might expect from going around town to look for the right mattress and deal.
I now understand why Mattress Pros have a consistent 5 star rating and would
recommend making this your first and only stop if you're in the market for a new
mattress.

After Amazon refused to deliver the mattress that I had paid for, and everything
being out of stock at other big box res right now, I came to Mattress Pros to
finally buy a mattress. Richard was so helpful! He really worked with my budget
and provided excellent customer service. I tried out two mattresses and I was
impressed with the quality for the price. The mattress was delivered to me a
week later, and he contacted me with what time to expect the delivery the day
before. I also got a call when the delivery guys were 20 minutes away, and they
actually got here early. They even brought the mattress up to my apartment and
put it on the the bed frame for me. It's been a week so far and I'm loving the
mattress. The customer service was above and beyond what I would've gotten with
the bed in a box from Amazon, and the quality of the product is too.

We had the best experience with Richard at Mattress Pros! Our bed just arrived
and we couldn’t be happier. Richard, who is the store owner, gave us true one on
one attention and helped educate us about the different mattresses on the
market. He was extremely fair and reasonable with pricing, and fulfilled his
promise to match other prices on the market. We didn’t realize how big of a
difference a mattress could make. What we expected to be an overwhelming buying
process was over and done with in one trip. We absolutely would recommend and
will only be buying mattresses here in the future! Our frenchie couldn’t agree

I'm a college student who needed a bed for a new place. I came into the store
after a long day searching and had one of the easiest and quickest experiences
getting a mattress. Richard provided fantastic customer service and was very
genuinely friendly. The bed came the next day with no problems and I couldn't be

My experience with Mattress Pros was beyond incredible. I am very picky about
mattresses as I suffer from back pain and Richard helped me tremendously to find
the right mattress for my needs with the price point I gave him. Richard is
highly knowledgeable in his field and I really appreciated his patience as I
tried so many beds in his store. His priority is for his customers to be happy
with their new mattress so they can have restful nights. I am in love with my
new mattress. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a new mattress to go

Never thought I could be so impressed with a mattress store but this place is
seriously amazing. Richard is so chill we ended up hanging out and talking for
an hour. Super friendly environment, got a great mattress for a discount and he
even called someone to help me get it to my apartment. 10/10 recommend.

My boyfriend and I came in to buy a mattress for our first apartment and needed
something affordable and available that day. We were able to test out a few and
walk out within an hour with a wonderful mattress at a great deal. The owner was
the only one in the shop and was very generous (he even gave us water!) If we
ever need another mattress we will come back to support him and his small
business.
