<h3><span><strong>What happens if I take no action?</strong></span></h3>
<p><span>If you do not take action during the annual enrollment period, all current elections, with the exception of </span><span>FSA contributions, HSA contributions and the EPO Medical Plan (see below), </span><span>will
rollover.</span>
</p>
<p><span>Any changes you make during annual enrollment will take effect as of </span><strong>January 1, 2023</strong><span> (subject to approval, if applicable, for plans requiring proof of good health).</span>
</p>

<h2><span><strong>Are you currently enrolled in the EPO Medical Plan? </strong></span></h2>
<p>As announced in 2021, the EPO Medical Plan will end on December 31, 2022. You will need to elect a new medical plan for 2023. If you do not elect a new medical plan option for 2023, you will be defaulted into the
<u><strong>Horizon BCBS PPO Medical Plan</strong></u>. All current EPO participants received an in-person or Webex invite to attend an informational session where we did an in-depth review of the different medical plan options
for 2023. Below is a copy of the presentation and a recording if you were unable to attend a session. </p>

Take Action! Enroll in Benefits From 11/2 - 11/18 Through the Alcon Benefits
Center
* Mobile App: Search for Alight Mobile in your device's App Store and make your
elections directly through the app.

* Submit: you must hit submit on your benefit elections to be enrolled. Print
for your records.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TAKE NO ACTION?
If you do not take action during the annual enrollment period, all current
elections, with the exception of FSA contributions, HSA contributions and the
EPO Medical Plan (see below), will rollover.
Any changes you make during annual enrollment will take effect as of January 1,
2023 (subject to approval, if applicable, for plans requiring proof of good
health).
ARE YOU CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN THE EPO MEDICAL PLAN?
As announced in 2021, the EPO Medical Plan will end on December 31, 2022. You
will need to elect a new medical plan for 2023. If you do not elect a new
medical plan option for 2023, you will be defaulted into the Horizon BCBS PPO
Medical Plan. All current EPO participants received an in-person or Webex invite
to attend an informational session where we did an in-depth review of the
different medical plan options for 2023. Below is a copy of the presentation and
