WHAT IS MEANT BY: PAGES/MTH?
The total number of pages in all documents successfully generated in one
calendar month.
Example:
You have a 4-page template. When data is injected, the finished document expands
to 8 pages. These 8 pages count towards your monthly usage.
If the template is used to generate 5,000 documents in one month, with each
document being 8 pages long, then pages/mth is:
5,000 documents x 8 pages per document = 40,000 pages/mth.
WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR USAGE GOES OVER THE PAGES/MTH QUOTA?
There is no hard limit and no charge for over quota usage.
If you exceed the pages/mth quota, your account will continue to function and
documents can still be generated.
If over quota usage continues for two consecutive months, you will receive an
email notification to upgrade to a higher plan.
Continued quota overruns without upgrading may result in a hard limit being
applied.
DO UNUSED PAGES GET ROLLED OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH?
No. Any unused pages from your pages/mth quota do not carry over to the next
month.
The pages/mth quota is the capacity you have reserved to generate documents.
HOW DO WE SUBSCRIBE TO A PLAN?
Firstly, you need to have created a trial Cloud Account.
> 1. Login to the cloud console using your trial email address.
> 2. Go to the Account page and click on the Subscribe button.
> 3. Choose a plan from the dropdown list, and provide your billing / credit
> card / contact details.
When you subscribe, the first monthly payment will be taken and your trial
account will transition to a paid plan.
Once you have subscribed, you can access the Billing Portal from the Account
page of the Cloud Console.
The Billing Portal allows you to: upgrade your plan, change billing details,
view payment history and download invoices.
HOW DO WE CHANGE OUR PLAN?
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
> 1. Login to the Cloud console.
> 2. Go to the Account page and click on the Billing Portal button.
> 3. After logging into the Billing Portal, select your current plan and click
> on Change Plan.
Select the appropriate plan that covers your predicted usage.
After an upgrade, your pages/mth quota changes immediately. The higher plan rate
is charged on your next billing date.
To downgrade your plan, please get in touch.
Annual Subscribers
In the event of consecutive overruns, our Admin team will contact you to discuss
an upgrade to a higher plan. You will be invoiced for a new 12-month
subscription on a higher plan with a credit applied for any unused portion of
the previous subscription.
A downgrade in plan can be requested when renewing for the next subscription
term.
HOW DO WE CHANGE OUR BILLING DETAILS?
You can change your billing details at any time.
> 1. Login to the Cloud console.
> 2. Go to the Account page and click on the Billing Portal button.
From the Billing Portal, you can change your company name, billing, card and
contact details.
Annual Subscribers
You will need to contact our Admin team for any changes in company name,
billing, card and contact details.
CAN WE CANCEL OUR SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription from the Billing Portal at any time during the
month.
After cancellation, you will be able to login to the Cloud Console to access and
download any templates, for a further 7 days.
Annual Subscribers
Contact our Admin team to cancel your subscription. There are no pro-rated
refunds for cancellation.
WHAT IF THE CLOUD SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOME TIME DURING A MONTH?
You can view the current status of the Cloud service here: Status. You should
subscribe for notifications of change in service level from that page.
You can view historical monthly uptime statistics here: Monitoring.
We aim for a Monthly Uptime Percentage (MUP) of greater than 99.9% on the
“render” service.
You can download our Service Level Agreement here: SLA.

PURCHASING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
You can subscribe with a credit card to all non-Enterprise plans.
Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.
> 1. Create a free trial account.
> 2. Login and go to the Account page.
> 3. Choose a plan and Subscribe using a credit card.
When you subscribe, the first monthly payment will be taken and your trial
account will transition to a paid plan.
Recurring monthly payments are taken from your card at the start of each month
with an invoice receipt emailed to the billing email address.
Billing is in advance, with payment for the month ahead.
Annual Invoicing
If you don’t wish to pay by credit card, we can invoice for an annual
subscription, with payment by wire / bank transfer.
This payment option is only available to customers on a Business Plan or above,
when purchasing 12 months in advance.
Please Contact Sales if you would like to discuss this option.
CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER PURCHASING?
We offer generous free trials, trial extensions and access to our Support team
to enable you to thoroughly test Docmosis prior to purchase.
As such, refunds are generally not available after purchase.
If after purchase, you find Docmosis does not perform as required, please

SUPPORT & UPDATES
WHAT DOES SUPPORT INCLUDE?
Your license includes Standard Support for the first 12 Months.
Docmosis is a highly technical product. We understand that support is a very
important part of our offering. You may require support when first setting up
your environment or when creating templates.
Our dedicated Resources Website contains extensive documentation, videos, code
samples, example templates and answers to common questions in our FAQ.
Support also includes email access to our support team with a 24 hour response
time and specific technical answers. Feel free to contact Support during your
Trial period.
MY SUPPORT/UPDATES PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. CAN I RENEW?
Yes.
Your Support/Update period is determined by your initial license purchase. This
sets your Anniversary Date.
If you want to renew before or after this date it does not affect your
Anniversary Date.
Example 1:
You purchase a license on 14-Jun-2014.
Your have access to Support/Updates to 14-Jun-2015.
In Feb-2015 (4 months BEFORE expiry) you decided to renew.
Your access to Support/Updates will be extended to 14-Jun-2016.
Example 2:
You purchase a license on 14-Jun-2014.
Your have access to Support/Updates to 14-Jun-2015.
In Oct-2015 (4 months AFTER expiry) you decided to renew.
Your access to Support/Updates will be extended to 14-Jun-2016.
If it has been more than 12 months since your Support/Updates expired –
please contact Sales for a quote on Renewal.
