The company founded in Zug / Switzerland in 2006 has shifted its focus from the
marketing of licenses in sports to now implement the Golden Dance Sport Series &
Festival. This new platform for the world´s top performing dancers, the media,
the sponsors, and host cities comes at the right time to make an impact in this
exciting global sport.



The team of S&L Sports and Licensing AG and its Board Members have an
outstanding track record and vast experience in the Sports Industry with a focus
on international leagues and event series. Our extensive network allows S&L AG
to offer a cutting edge and sustainable service for all our partners.




Our Team


Marco Sietas

Born 1968 in Germany 1987-1988 Master's Degree in Sports Management and
Administration Deutsche Sporthochschule Koeln, Koeln (Germany). Collaborating
directly in the organization of the IWGA World games Kaohsiung (Chinese Taipei),
Cali (Colombia), Wroclaw (Poland). Collaborating directly in projects of the
WDSF for the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Buenos Aires (Argentina).
Collaborating directly in World Championships, Subcontinental and continental
Championships. Collaborating directly with national Olympic Committees, national
federations, as well as with the IOC in Lausanne (Switzerland). Official
representative of the WDSF at IOC meetings, Sportaccord, ARISF, IWGA, IMGA.
Development of a new system of absolute evaluation for athletes, applying in
different modalities and artistic sports disciplines. Coordination and
elaboration of initial assessment and analysis of sports projects. Jan.
1992-until Dec. 1999 Director and Advisor of Asociación Española de Profesores
de Baile de Salón. Trainer and Coach in Spain/Europe/World International Judge
and International Chairperson in all major events. German Champion in Standard
Dances. German Champion in Ten Dances. Finalists of all mayor events. Runners up
in European and World Championships. Jan. 2000- until May 2006 General Manager
of Asociación Española Baile Deportivo y Competición. Jun. 2006- until Jun. 2010
