OUR STORY

With 18 years of experience there is a knowledge in our hands that is hard to
put into words. Following the restriction in your tissue, along with analyzing
your posture will guide the majority of your treatment. This will lead us down a
path to figuring out what is missing from your daily routine to help you live in
your best body. 

HOW WE TREAT

Specializing in rehabilitative massage, we find our passion in getting to the
bottom of the ROOT cause. What IS pain & why are you experiencing it. We will
gain a better understanding of you holistically as our time together progresses.


Taking our time to get to know your personal journey through life to understand
how you deal with stress on a mental, emotional & spiritual level; then tie it
all together with touch & post treatment care protocols so your massage lasts
longer than the time you are on the table.


Every issue will be addressed. Leaving you feeling like you’ve gotten a big hug
from an old friend. Focusing on fascial release for initial pain relief then get
deeper into the muscle if that is what the treatment calls for. 

EXPERIENCE

Over the last 2 decades,  Deidra’s education has expanded to Yoga Instructor,
Post Partum Doula, she is OBSESSED with learning about muscle centric medicine &
is currently looking into Manual Osteopathy & Equine Massage Therapy.

As a past competitive bodybuilder, her journey has taken her through multiple
nutrition & movement optimization certifications. Her main goal is to make sure
you are getting the best care possible while understanding what is going on in
your body while teaching you how to advocate for yourself in any health care
setting.
