CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT DISCLAIMER EXAMPLES

When specifying a contract exclusion, it is important to indicate what refers to
the contractual clauses that must be rejected as briefly as possible. A
disclaimer for construction contracts protects the interests of all parties
involved. In order to be fully inclusive, a contract exclusion must take into
